About LinkedInScraper.com
LinkedInScraper.com is an independent directory of tools for getting data out of LinkedIn.We don't scrape anything ourselves and we don't sell a scraper. We map the ecosystem (18 tools today, 5 of them open source) so you can pick the right one without wading through a dozen biased "top 10" posts.
Why we exist
Most LinkedIn-scraper listicles share two flaws: they go stale the day they're published, and they rank whatever pays the biggest commission. We built this site to fix both.
How we keep listings accurate
- Live GitHub data. For every open-source tool we pull stars, last-commit date, license and archive status straight from the GitHub API, and flag projects that haven't been touched in over a year.
- Verified human fields. Pricing, what a tool extracts, and whether it needs your account are checked by hand and stamped with a "last verified" date on each tool page.
- Honest ban-risk ratings. The most important field on the site is whether a tool runs through your LinkedIn login. If it does, we say so, that's where bans come from.
How we rank tools
Default ordering blends low ban risk, whether a tool avoids using your account, and (for open source) GitHub popularity. Affiliate commissions are not a factor. Paid placements, if any, are clearly labelled "Sponsored" and never change a tool's rating. See ouraffiliate disclosure for the full promise.
Found something wrong?
Accuracy is the entire product. If a price changed, a repo moved, or a rating seems off, tell us, we'd rather fix it fast than mislead anyone.
Not legal advice
Nothing here is legal advice. Whether scraping is permissible depends on your jurisdiction, the data involved and LinkedIn's Terms of Service. Start withIs LinkedIn scraping legal?
